Each class will run for approximately 1hr.

Make an effort to come to as many classes per week as possible. At least 4 classes per week is highly recommended, with 5/6 classes giving you the best value for money also. Consistency is key with your training.

Come in and make friends, be part of the community and make this the best 1hr of your day.

Eat well, get your sleep and the results will come.
