Warm Up

  • 5 Wallball Deadlifts
  • 5 Push Up to Down Dog
  • 5 Glute Bridges
  • 5 Wall Ball Strict Press
  • 5 Push Up to Down Dog
  • 5 Single Leg Glute Bridges- each side
  • 5 Wall Ball Squats
  • 5 Push Ups to Down Dog
  • 10-20sec Front Plank hold

Wall Ball Prep

Laces In front of Face

  • 5 Front Squats
  • 5 Thrusters
  • 5 Wallballs

Deadlift Practice/Prep

Bar over Laces

  • Establish good Start Position
  • Build to working Weight (pausing at mid shin to establish start position)

AMRAP 5 Min x 2

Buy In: 20 Wall Balls
6 Deadlifts
6 Lateral Burpees

Rest 5 Min then repeat
